We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager QA Cosmetic Formulation to oversee the quality assurance processes related to cosmetic product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic science, formulation development, and quality assurance practices. The Assistant Manager QA will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and regulatory affairs to ensure that all cosmetic formulations meet our high standards for safety, efficacy, and quality.

• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to ensure that cosmetic formulations meet specified criteria for performance, stability, and safety
• Conduct thorough evaluations of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to assess quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for cosmetic formulation processes
• Perform routine audits and inspections of production facilities to monitor adherence to quality standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Generate and maintain documentation, including batch records, specifications, and test reports, in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to cosmetic formulation and quality assurance
