Job Description

To make safety awareness among employees and implement safety work practices in the plant. To plan and conduct EHS training as per requirement. To identify and prepare EHS SOPs its implementation and periodical review. To prepare safety manual and onsite emergency plan, its periodical review. To identify EHS hazards in the plant and report to the management and take necessary measures for their control. To ensure legal requirement and its compliance. To ensure legal requirement and its compliance. To ensure all time availability of PPEs and safety equipment for fire and safety. Ensure availability installation testing and maintenance of all firefighting equipment. To ensure smooth operation of effluent treatment plant to achieve consented parameters. Conduct safety committee meeting as per schedules its MOM and compliance. Conduct mock drill as per procedure and its compliance.

• Maintain hazardous waste record and its disposal and its management
• Conduct regular inspection of entire plant and find unsafe conditions, unsafe practices and its CAPA
• Investigate near miss, accident, incident and report to management
• Celebrate safety week, road safety week and world environment day
• Co-ordinate with inter-department for smooth system implementation
• Keep working environment healthy and safe to avoid accident
• Prepare & submit returns and compliance report to pollution control board& MoEF &CC
• Prepare & submit factory returns as per factory act 1948 & rules 1963
• Implement HAZOP /HIRA/RA as per standards practice
