We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing processes and optimize production efficiency. The Production Engineer will be responsible for evaluating existing production systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflow, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish production standards and identify opportunities for labor optimization
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor production performance metrics, such as yield, throughput, and downtime, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve production targets
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, and lean manufacturing initiatives
