- Management representative of Quality system
- Incoming inspection as per the Quality / inspection plans
- Sampling of In process inspection as per quality plan
- Final inspection as per quality plan
- Making of test certificate of final product prior to packaging and dispatch
- Responsible for the maintaining quality records
- To coordinate for the effective operations of QA dept
- Entire responsibility of Quality in absence of QA Head with guidance of Plant manager, Director or President
- Customer Complaint Handling
