Job Description

Responsible for all three units for facility and maintenance. Monitor and tracking of energy consumptions. Responsible for productive maintenance. (basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained). Overseeing the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of the equipment and facilities department. Conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Ensure the utility and equipment performance. Audit compliance with respect to facility and maintenance.

• Responsible for HVAC and water system operations
• Advising SSPL on increasing energy efficiency, adopting new technology and cost-effectiveness
• Advising SSPL on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
• Planning for the future expansions by forecasting the facilitys upcoming needs and requirements
• Drafting maintenance reports
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
• ETP Monitoring and upgradation
