Job Description

Required Candidate with Full-time degree course with experience of at least 15 Years (Min. 3 Years as Asst. Plant Head or Plant Head) from the Medical Devices Manufacturing Industry Only. Leadership and Decision Making, Positive Communication, Strong Adherence to Quality Standards, Financial Management, Performance Tracking and Management, Negotiation and Conflict Management, SCM, PPC and all plant operations.

• To ensure annual production plan and dispatch plan
• To prepare manufacturing plan, dispatch plan and material plan so as to meet the customer requirements and cost effectiveness
• Ensure complete GMP & safety in day-to-day operation
• Ensure discipline and Hygiene environmental monitoring system to assure clean environment in plant
• Review & provide support related to facility, process and system
• Propose and implement new ideas for improvement of production, quality and cost
• Process improvement, Optimization and Atomization
• Identification and Management of Vendor related to Production
• Legal Compliances
• Responsible for In-house and Outside Industrial relations
