Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our cosmetic manufacturing unit located in Talwada, Bhilad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct routine microbiological testing on raw materials, water samples, in-process, and finished cosmetic products
• Perform microbial limit tests, preservative efficacy tests, and environmental monitoring
• Maintain records and documentation as per GMP and ISO standards
• Assist in validation and quality assurance processes
• Identify and isolate microorganisms for product safety
• Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure product safety and quality
• Implement and monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols within the facility
