Job Description

Responsible for understanding sales enquiries and preparing technical and commercial quotations.

Study and review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accurate estimation.

Prepare detailed technical quotations based on customer specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ unit pricing as per tender formats and client requirements.
• Handle order acceptance and prepare purchase orders for required materials.
• Answer customer queries regarding product pricing and availability.
• Participate in customer service, quoting, and bidding processes.
• Attend client meetings for technical and commercial discussions.
• Prepare and review production schedules for products.
• Analyze material, equipment, and tool requirements as per production plans.
• Develop workflow for departments based on lead time and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering, and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
