Job Description

Finance & Investment Analyst will support financial management, reporting, and strategic business analysis.

The role includes portfolio management, investment analysis, and financial planning for leadership stakeholders.

Candidate must have strong analytical skills, knowledge of capital markets, and expertise in financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable including vendor payments and customer collections.
• Prepare invoices, maintain documentation, and follow up with clients.
• Maintain banking transactions, credit cards, and financial records.
• Support leadership in managing investment portfolios including equities, mutual funds, and fixed income.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on investment opportunities and trends.
• Assist in portfolio rebalancing, risk assessment, and diversification strategies.
• Prepare financial dashboards and portfolio performance reports.
• Ensure GST and TDS compliance and timely filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for audits and compliance.
• Manage vendor accounts, reconciliations, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Use Tally ERP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of capital markets, equities, mutual funds, and investment instruments.
• Experience in portfolio management or investment advisory preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and financial tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
