We are hiring a Head of Security (Ex-Army Retired) for a leading textile manufacturing company located in Vapi, Gujarat.

The candidate will be responsible for managing complete industrial security operations, surveillance systems, and risk management strategies.

This role is ideal for retired army professionals with strong experience in security management, team handling, and emergency response.

The candidate must hold a valid gun license and have experience in managing large industrial or plant security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall plant security operations and surveillance systems.
• Supervise and train security staff, guards, and supervisors.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive security measures.
• Ensure safety of company assets, employees, and premises.
• Handle emergency situations and security incidents effectively.
• Maintain security records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Required Skills

• Must be a retired Army professional with security management experience.
• Valid gun license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of industrial security systems and surveillance.
