Job Description
We are hiring an HR Admin Manager for a textile manufacturing company located in Umbergaon.
The candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
The role requires managing complete HR operations along with administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESIC, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR documentation including employee files, contracts, and policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development initiatives.
- Manage administrative activities such as facility management and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as an HR Generalist handling end-to-end HR functions.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage employee relations and workplace issues.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
