Job Description

We are hiring an HR Admin Manager for a textile manufacturing company located in Umbergaon.

The candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.

The role requires managing complete HR operations along with administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Manage payroll processing, attendance, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESIC, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain HR documentation including employee files, contracts, and policies.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development initiatives.
  • Manage administrative activities such as facility management and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience as an HR Generalist handling end-to-end HR functions.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage employee relations and workplace issues.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
