Job Description
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment.
Maintain and update statutory registers and records as per legal requirements.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF filings and returns within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee documentation including joining, exit, contracts, and KYC.
- Coordinate with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters.
- Ensure proper attendance, payroll compliance, and wage records.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and maintain audit readiness.
- Handle labour inspections and respond to compliance notices.
- Maintain and update HR policies as per legal and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in PF, ESIC, PT, and other compliance filings.
- Ability to handle audits and government inspections.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
