Job Description

We are hiring an ITI Fitter for a Chemical Manufacturing company.

Candidate will be responsible for mechanical maintenance and fitting activities.

Candidate must have experience working in a chemical industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fitting, assembly, and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Maintain pumps, valves, pipelines, and mechanical equipment.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of machinery.
• Identify and rectify mechanical faults and breakdowns.
• Support maintenance team in daily plant maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper use of tools and maintenance equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and work reports.
• Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

Required Skills

• Experience in mechanical maintenance within chemical industries.
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, pipelines, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to perform fitting, fabrication, and assembly work.
• Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
