Job Description

We are hiring a Production Officer for a pharmaceutical / API manufacturing company located in Daman.

The candidate will supervise production processes and ensure smooth manufacturing operations as per cGMP standards.

The role involves maintaining production documentation, monitoring manufacturing activities, and coordinating with QA, QC, and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day pharmaceutical production operations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and production SOPs.
• Maintain production documentation including batch manufacturing records.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth production workflow.
• Monitor production performance, yield, and process efficiency.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance within the production area.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or API manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of cGMP guidelines and production documentation practices.
