Job Description

We are hiring a Purchase Executive for a leading LED Lights and Electrical products manufacturing company located in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

The candidate will manage procurement of electronic components, LED lighting materials, and vendor sourcing for manufacturing operations.

This role is ideal for candidates experienced in electronics purchase, supply chain coordination, and vendor negotiation.

The ideal candidate should understand sourcing of LED drivers, PCB components, electrical materials, and lighting accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of electronic components, LED lighting materials, and electrical parts.
• Identify and develop vendors for LED lighting components and electronics materials.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and purchase agreements with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain purchase documentation, supplier records, and procurement reports.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of electronics components and LED lighting materials procurement.
• Experience in vendor management and supplier negotiations.
• Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
• Ability to analyze quotations and manage purchase orders.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.
