Job Description

We are hiring a Purchase Executive – Packaging for a growing LED Lighting manufacturing company located in Daman.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing packaging materials used for LED lights and electrical products.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience purchasing packaging materials specifically for LED lighting or electrical products.

This role requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and knowledge of packaging materials used in the LED lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of packaging materials such as LED light boxes, cartons, labels, inserts, and protective packaging.
• Identify and develop vendors for packaging materials used in LED lighting products.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and supply contracts with packaging suppliers.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of packaging materials.
• Monitor packaging material quality, cost control, and inventory levels.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement reports.

Required Skills

• Experience purchasing packaging materials for LED lights or electrical products.
• Good knowledge of packaging types such as cartons, printed boxes, labels, and protective materials.
• Strong vendor negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Understanding of procurement processes and packaging supply chains.
• Good communication and coordination skills with production and warehouse teams.
