Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Research Development Chemist for a chemical manufacturing company located in GIDC, Sarigam.

The candidate will work on research and development of chemical processes and product formulations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in chlorination reactions and chemical process development.

Candidates must have experience working in Chemical or API industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities for chemical products and processes.
• Work on chlorination reactions and optimize reaction conditions.
• Perform laboratory experiments and analyze chemical samples.
• Maintain proper Research Development documentation and laboratory records.
• Coordinate with production teams for scale-up and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in laboratory operations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of chlorination reactions and organic chemistry.
• Experience in chemical research and development activities.
• Ability to conduct laboratory experiments and analyze results.
• Knowledge of Chemical / API manufacturing processes.
• Good documentation and analytical skills.
