We are hiring a Sales Coordinator – CRM for a growing software company located in Vapi, Gujarat.

The candidate will manage CRM data, sales leads, and customer communication to support the sales team.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in CRM software, lead tracking, and sales coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage customer data and sales activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer and lead data in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, lead status updates, and CRM analytics.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and CRM database management.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management systems.
  • Experience in sales coordination, lead management, or customer support.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Good computer skills including Excel, CRM tools, and data entry.
