HR Admin Executive

Job Description

We are hiring an HR Admin Executive for a Manufacturing company.

Candidate will be responsible for HR Generalist and Administration activities.

Candidate should have experience in recruitment, attendance, payroll, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation activities.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement and grievance handling activities.
• Support administration activities including office coordination and vendor management.
• Handle joining formalities, exit process, and employee records management.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee data management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth HR and administration operations.
• Support management in manpower planning and workforce management.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in HR Generalist and Administration activities.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and compliance processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in HR documentation and employee record management.
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance preferred.
• Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
