Job Description

We are hiring an HR Executive for manufacturing operations.

Candidate will be responsible for HR Generalist and administration activities.

Candidate should have experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation activities.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and grievance handling activities.
  • Support management in manpower planning and HR operations.
  • Handle joining formalities and exit process.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth HR and administration activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee data management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Support employee relation and disciplinary activities.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in HR Generalist activities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and compliance activities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in HR documentation and HR operations.
  • Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge preferred.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
