Job Description
We are hiring an Account Executive for a legal firm.
The candidate will handle accounting and legal drafting related work.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- Prepare legal drafts, agreements, and related documents.
- Maintain client files and legal documentation records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounts and legal support.
- Handle data entry and maintain accuracy in records.
- Support in compliance and office documentation activities.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Understanding of legal drafting and documentation.
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply.
