Administration Manager

Job Description

We are hiring an Administration Manager for a Chemical Manufacturing company.

Candidate will be responsible for plant administration and operational coordination activities.

Candidate should have experience in chemical or dyes manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle plant administration and operational coordination.
• Coordinate with GPCB, GIDC, and other statutory authorities.
• Support and coordinate with production team activities.
• Supervise labour activities, attendance monitoring, and workforce management.
• Coordinate with purchase department and other factories.
• Follow up with job work parties and vendors.
• Supervise warehouse operations, material handling, housekeeping, and stock records.
• Handle invoice checking, voucher verification, and documentation control.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain plant records and statutory documents.
• Ensure discipline, safety compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

• Experience in Chemical, Dyes, or Dye Intermediates manufacturing industry preferred.
• Good coordination and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of factory compliance and liaison work.
• Familiarity with plant operations, maintenance, and labour handling.
• Computer knowledge including MS Excel and ERP SAP preferred.
• Good reporting, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage plant administration activities independently.
