Job Description
We are hiring a CAD Operator for a Womens Ethnic Wear manufacturing company.
Candidate must have experience in Textile industry and garment CAD operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate patterns as per tech pack, measurement chart, and buyer requirements.
- Prepare markers with optimum fabric utilization while maintaining garment quality standards.
- Calculate and maintain BOM, fabric consumption, and marker efficiency.
- Perform grading for all size sets as per approved size charts.
- Coordinate with Sampling, Design, Merchandising, and Production teams.
- Update pattern corrections after fit comments and approvals.
- Maintain documentation of patterns, markers, and style folders.
- Understand fabric behavior, shrinkage, embroidery placement, and print matching.
- Support production team during pilot run and bulk execution activities.
- Ensure timely completion of CAD activities as per production timelines.
