Job Description

We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer for a Real Estate company.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, and project coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and material utilization.
• Ensure quality standards and safety practices at construction site.
• Prepare site reports, measurement sheets, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with billing and project management teams.
• Handle site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate project activities.
• Experience in quality control and site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and project documentation.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and reporting abilities.
• Real estate or construction industry experience preferred.
