Job Description
We are hiring an HR Admin Executive for a textile manufacturing company.
The candidate will be responsible for HR and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data management.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Coordinate office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support management in smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
- Experience in HR and administration activities.
- Knowledge of recruitment, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Textile or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
