Job Description
We are hiring an HR Admin Executive for a manufacturing company.
The candidate will handle end-to-end HR generalist and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Process payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts team.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws).
- Manage employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement.
- Maintain HR documentation and reports.
- Support administration activities and office coordination.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation.
Required Skills
- Experience as HR Generalist in manufacturing setup.
- Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.
