Job Description

We are hiring a Manager – Business Development for a Real Estate and EPC business.

Candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities in industrial construction and EPC projects.

Candidate should have strong exposure to industrial clients, project sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial construction, EPC and contracting projects.
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, client visits and industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
  • Develop strategies to achieve revenue, order booking and profitability targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industrial clients, consultants, architects and PMCs.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and business development activities.
  • Track upcoming projects, tenders and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering and commercial teams for proposal preparation.
  • Participate in bid strategy discussions and contract negotiations.
  • Support project handover and client relationship management throughout project lifecycle.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, MIS reports and business development updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client interactions and contract status.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing within EPC, Industrial Construction, Contracting or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience in securing industrial construction projects.
  • Strong network within industrial hubs such as Umbergaon, Vapi, Silvassa, Sarigam and Ankleshwar.
  • Experience dealing with manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, engineering, warehousing and industrial clients.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of tendering, proposal management and contract discussions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
