Store Executive

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Executive for an Electric Equipments manufacturing company.

Candidate will be responsible for store operations, inventory management and stock control activities.

Candidate should have experience in material handling and warehouse documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward material activities.
• Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare GRN, stock reports and store documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Dispatch departments.
• Monitor stock movement and material availability.
• Conduct physical stock verification and cycle counts.
• Update inventory data in ERP and MS Excel.
• Maintain proper storage, housekeeping and safety standards.
• Support daily store operations and reporting activities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
• Experience in inward outward and stock handling activities.
• Basic ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
• Good documentation and record maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of GRN preparation and stock verification.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
