Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator / Marketing Executive for our Vapi location.

Candidate will be responsible for client communication, sales coordination and marketing support activities.

Candidate should have good communication skills and client handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
• Support sales team in lead management and customer communication.
• Maintain client database and sales records.
• Prepare reports, presentations and marketing documentation.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and execution.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist in marketing activities and business development initiatives.
• Maintain MIS reports and daily activity records.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client handling and customer coordination.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
