Job Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Officer for a pharma formulation unit.
The candidate will be responsible for maintenance of equipment and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Handle equipment related to pharma formulation (OSD/Production).
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and QA teams.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Follow SOPs and maintenance schedules.
Required Skills
- Experience in pharma formulation maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
- Understanding of GMP requirements.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic documentation and reporting knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team and plant environment.
